This website is operated by me, Liesbeth Jusia. By visiting my site and/ or using my services (“Services”) you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using my website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, please refrain from using my Services.

1. GENERAL

  1. Clients must be at least 18 years old to use my Services.

  2. The Services provided by me are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or legal advice. If you are experiencing mental or physical issues, please contact me before booking a Service. 

  3. I reserve the right to refuse Services to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

I will do my utmost to provide you with the best Service. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following any advice or insights received during Service. I am not liable for any consequences resulting from your choices.

3. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

  1. All information shared during Services is private and confidential and is not to be disclosed by me, you and other participants.

  2. For personal use only, you are permitted to make an audio recording of your consultation; however, disclosure thereof is prohibited. You are not allowed to make audio and/or video recordings during any other Services.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT

  1. You are expected to conduct yourself respectfully during Services. Any form of abusive language, harassment, inappropriate or immoral behaviour toward me and/or other participants will result in an immediate termination of the Service. 

  2. You are prohibited from using the site or its content to submit false or misleading information; to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The intellectual property of all content provided by me, including but not limited to text, audio, images and video, belongs to me, unless stated otherwise. Whether online or offline, you may not reproduce, distribute or display such content without my prior written consent.

6. PAYMENT, RESCHEDULING & REFUND 

  1. Consultations take place by appointment only. An appointment can be cancelled free of charge by phone, email or WhatsApp up to 24 hours in advance. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, I reserve the right to charge for the consultation. Consultations must be paid on the day of the appointment in the manner indicated by me.

  2. You are officially registered for a Service once you have paid the full fee, in the manner indicated by me. For some courses payment in installments is possible. 

  3. The course fees for missed class days by you will not be refunded. If you decide to discontinue the Service, the paid course fees will not be refunded.

  4. In the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances preventing me from executing (completion of) a Service, I will offer a rescheduled session or a refund at my discretion. 

  5. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via my website. 

 

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS 

  1. Certain content, products and services available via my website may include materials from third-parties.

  2. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with me. I am not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and I do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

  3. I am not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall I, my affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Services, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

10. AMENDMENT TO TERMS OF SERVICE

I reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to my website. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby I provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
